Not cheap but also not too expensive. If it plays well it can indeed be good.
The design is also appealing methinks

Feels like its furniture first. There designed to fit there shelving and say this:

"Most speakers are designed as self-contained objects. Tylko Sound has been designed from the beginning as part of the furniture.

Well the cabinet of all speakers "becomes part of how the speaker fits, performs and sounds."

I would like to see measurements of the vibration (resonances) that come of that shelving with a sub stuck in it.

Hi all, Florent here from Form Follows Frequency. We did the technical and acoustical development of the Tylko Sound speakers, so happy to answer questions directly.

@voodooless got the stack exactly right: SICA coaxial, SB Acoustics sub, Hypex amplification. The coax runs a passive crossover, and the sub is a sealed powered unit firing into the room. I'd be happy to go into detail on the crossover topology, driver choices, and enclosure tuning if anyone is interested.

On the cabinet resonance question from @Cbdb2 and @digitalfrost, it's a fair one, and it's something we had in mind from the very beginning of the development, precisely because the speaker lives inside furniture. We did test multiple subs together (4 in total) in a single shelf. The speakers sit on rubber feet as standard, and combined with the construction and material of the enclosures, that kept mechanical rattle well under control. The point about the marketing framing is also fair; every cabinet contributes to how a speaker performs. What we tried to do here was design the enclosure and the furniture together rather than retrofit one into the other. The speakers sound pretty much the same in and out of the shelves.
