The best thing I've watched for a while:

I think it's also on Amazon Prime for those outside the UK.

Lots of rave reviews for that one, definitely on my list.

On a less serious note, I haven't been slumming it on Netflix so much lately, but I enjoyed Kleo a lot. The retro GDR socialism is well done (I think better than Killing Eve in that respect, the backstory being less formulaic) and the tone is a bit more measured/sophisticated than the trailer indicates. It also veers into Grand Guignol if you like that sort of thing.

There's a second season coming so the Netflix high-and-dry-on-a-cliffhanger isn't imminent.

Edit: why does autocorrect put an apostrophe in "lot's" ... when is that ever correct? And why do I pay over the odds for an Apple thing just to make me look dim-witted? /rant.

That looks quirky and fun; I'll give it a try.
Watched a few episodes; many good plot twists but easy to follow. Hope it continues through all eight episodes.

I'd recommend "For All Mankind", 1. and 3. season are better than the 2. but it's still in general very captivating. Audio-oriented people will also enjoy the (actually!) immersive Dolby Atmos soundtrack, video-oriented people will probably enjoy the quality visual effects and sets.

here is the real version " for all mankind " documentary in Dolby Stereo 4.2.4 need real Dolby pro-logic with the correct proper left/right half surrounds and bass extension

Fauda Season 4 has started on Netflix. Haven't watched this season but the first three I can recommend highly.

Just watched the HBO series 1st episode of "The Last of Us". Shows promise. Very high IMBd rating.

If you can get Happy Valley where you are (it is BBC stuff) I've just binged all 6 hours of series 1 from 7:30pm to 1:30 am. That is how good it is. It is now time for bed.

Fleishman is in Trouble on Hulu started off well; an interesting, slightly off kilter story about a divorced dad whose wife dumped his kids with him and disappeared. Then episode 7 stood all of that on its head. It is literally one of the best episodes I have ever watched from any series. Claire Danes deserves yet another Emmy for her acting in this episode. Highly recommended!

It can be a bit slow at times, because they aren’t rewriting the novel to jazz up the pace, but I’m really getting sucked into this one. I suspect the upcoming Benioff&Weiss version will be flashier but rip out lots of the book.

Viki is an OTT service from Rakuten, so this is legit (I had to check, because some of these pirate sites look very smart).

Mayor of Kingstown on Paramount is outstanding. So is Your Honor on Showtime.
