I have a pair of passive speakers, an active subwoofer, a TV, and a Raspberry Pi.
I have my eye on a class D amp that has only a pair of XLR inputs and a 12v trigger.
I have sought a DAC with the following:

I have sought a DAC with the following:
- XLR output - amp
- RCA output - sub
- USB input - Raspberry Pi (Roon)
- Optical input - TV
- Infrared remote - volume and source selection

- Benchmark DAC2 looked exciting ... until I read the reviews. (1200)
- Okto Dac8 Stereo is as far as my budget could stretch, but I can't figure a way to connect the sub and the trigger is only 5v, and that amp needs 9v minimum. (1500)
