Apologies if this was asked already, but which replacement cable should I get for the original Blues? I think I have a loose contact somewhere that makes the right channel fail.

Have you verified it's the cable and not the iem by swapping the L/R connections to see it the issue follows the cable or the iem?

You're looking for a 2-pin 0.78 recessed connector, any cable with that connector should work. It's not the most common connector but there are still lots of options.

I'd suggest getting a Truthear Gate, you'll get a similar but better cable than original plus a very good alternative or backup iem for near the price of a cable alone.

YMMV but I was pretty disappointed. I found the GATE to be tinny and thin sounding compared to the OG Zero:Blue, even with PEQ I was unimpressed.

For me, the 7Hz Salnotes Zero:2 are easier to listen to and closer to the Zero:Blue. Similar price as the GATE, although their cable is mid.

The Gate are most certainly not tinny, I too prefer Zero2s or the Zero Blue out of the box, but with mild EQ I find them quite enjoyable.

Small weird new problem that I'm noticing.

The cables slightly go out of the sunken 2 pin hole after some time. Also the back side of the sunken hole broke off on the right shell, I don't remember dropping my iems or unplugging/replugging them often so that kinda sucks. I'm on ~3 years now, guess this is expected and normal for a rather cheap item, but still, sad.

Just made pictures to post, deleted them and retook them after I cleaned the iems a bit. Noticed a crack on the left shell, which I didn't knew about, that's cool.

Looks the contacts are also oxidizing? Something that shouldn't be happening, I'm guessing?

Looks like there is a crack on the not-yet-broken unit in the same place where the other broke off?
And yeah, that does look like oxidation. I have green oxidation on much more expensive Letshuoer S12 Pro, but not sure if on the IEM side or from the cheap cable I'm using.

Yeah, mentioned that in the middle of my post, that it's the same place is the thing where im thinking about a manufacturing defect/ material fatigue/ to little material on that place. It's not like I threw around my iems cowboy style against the wall and hit the same place on both. I don't know if it's worth it to try something with amazon, that wouldn't be the normal warranty, but maybe worth a try.

It's worrying to me that they already go slightly out of the sunken hole on both as I said, left side didn't break yet but has the same issue. Especially if other sides start to break/crack for some reason, which would be also weird because there's so much more material there.

I heard about the connector well being a weak spot on KZ IEMs, but those are mostly cheaper.
Wouldn't a few drops of superglue fix this?

Didn't think about that, for the not broken yet, maybe. But for the broken one, that's already too late, I don't think that I have that broken of piece. And building material in that place...
I wouldn't even know how to, unless you mean supergluing the cable to the shell forever, then both issues would be solved I guess. (I know that's not what you meant.)
This cable is actually a replacement, some side died a long time ago, but both iems played fine when iems where switched, where the cable worked. Wrote with the support and got a new cable.

Yes, I didn't mean to glue the broken off piece, but the connector to the shell, and to fill in the gaps. But I didn't consider the care needed for the glue to not get into the two pin holes. Still, probably very possible with a bit of care.
If the cable is loose in the connector, you can use pliers to squish the cable pins a little bit, make them out of round. Then the cable should fit tightly.

That actually seems like something I can try and that could actually work. Will try that out, thanks.

I am with you on this, find it hard to get any Iems to stay firmly put and with a great seal. Other don't have issues. weird thing for me it's only the right ear the problem. absolutely don't have any fit issues with the left. Tried many tips and yes tried different tips on left and right. One day maybe I'll find the perfect tip for me but so far it's an issue. I still use Iems but keep refitting, every few minutes and it does get on my nerves and is detrimental to my enjoyment of music in the end.
I too can't fit them into my ears to stay...
the diameter of the body seems to big...

I feel your pain, so to speak. For a long time, the ratio of my ear canal diameter (large) to outer ear (small) meant that Etytmotics were the IEMs I could tolerate for the longest period...but not with Ety tri-flange tips, but rather Comply foam or the old Klipsch oval silicone "black olives."
