Truthear IEMs

If only they had a Nova like shell with Pure like tuning + more bass...
I recently found out that I must have a tiny leak because when I rolled tips and got a proper sealing then the bass increased the little it needed to a perfect point. Still IME the shape of the nozzle does not seal as easy as the Reds to for me. So maybe the ideal would be Red chassis and Pure driver configuration + tuning?

Changing subject, I think Nova has been discontinued as it is no longer for sale on the official Truthear AliExpress store?

I think you nailed the focal point, the nozzle shape have something peculiar that gives me more trouble finding the right tips and keeping perfect seal than all other iems I own, Kbear 07 Medium do the job pretty well almost always but there are few times I have the feeling that they start loosing seal, especially on my right ear, and I have to resettle them, something like not 100% stable.
Anyway really impressed by Pure and thoroughly enjoying them.

I finished my search for new IEMs. First I tried Crinear Daybreak - I did not like the shape of the shell, it was too small and kept falling from ears. Can't say too much about the sound as it was hard to get a good sealing. Yesterday I received Softears Volume S and it clicked. Bigger shell, better sealing. But it's very personal as previously I was using ThieAudio Monarch III. While everybody was complaining about a big shell, it was perfect for me. Softears are a bit smaller, but it still fits my inside ear pretty well. With PEQ, they sound the same as Monarch. Sorry for off topic, but as I started my search in this thread, I wanted to share my findings.

I'm currently comparing the blue 2 vs the Crinear daybreak ( there was 3rd one but that one is out of the race already).
So far both sound great but I tend to lean towards this Daybreak aside from not liking the cable. The cable on the blue 2 I like much more.

I also bought the Pure recently and woah! I paired it with a Topping DX1 but today I tried it on a Fosi GR70 tube amplifier.. I was blown away, I expected it sound harshly since Hexa doesn't like high output impedance (it loses bass and gets brighter, SuperReview measured). They didn't just change the FR, I think they used new BA drivers, I wish someone measures them with +ohm.
Listening to Priya Darshini - Home.
This is highly subjective though, I've tried many IEMs, and own quite a few, Pure has become my favorite, second Hexa.

Very happy with my Gates, bought on the strength of Amir's review.
I don't need better sound than this from head/earphones. For €25.
