My Denon 4700h has recently developed a very annoying problem and I've been unable to find a fix for it - hoping one of you lovely folks might have an idea.
When I turn my system on, the receiver defaults to TV Audio input (good, as 90% of the time, I either use the TV for streaming, or my PC which is connected directly to the TV and the audio is then sent to the receiver via HDMI ARC, so I want it to default to TV Audio).
However, about 20-30 seconds after powering up, every single time, the receiver switches the audio input to HEOS Streaming, and I have to grab the Denon remote and manually switch it back to TV Audio (or whatever other input I'm actually using).
This behaviour started a couple of months ago when I played around with setting up a HEOS account, but I almost never actually want to use HEOS. I've uninstalled the app from my phone, so it's not receiving a blutooth/wifi signal from the app. I've searched the menus to try and find any reason for this behaviour and come up with nothing.
The only thing I can think to try that I haven't done yet is a full firmware reset, though I'd prefer not to do this because I think it'll mean re-doing my Audyssey room setup, which is a pain.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
