I noticed that Bruce Rozenblit's Transcendant Sound website seems to have disappeared, with a web page parking notice in its place. It must have happened in the last month or so. Does anyone know what happened to Bruce? Is there any location where it's still possible to buy the schematics for his designs?

To my knowledge, only his early designs, found now in his published hard copy books (used).

Yes, he retired or threw in the towel. 'twaS a few months back, if memory serves.
He did indeed publish several books; I have one of them, come to think of it. :p

I always wanted to try his "Grounded Grid" preamp, but never did.

The GG is one of the units documented - including schematic and BOM - in his book "Audio Reality". If you don't have it, I have an extra copy if you are interested.
I listened to the GG for almost 20 years, feeding his T8-LN (factory built). With those amps powering my Ref3A DeCapo I speakers, I often would go 12 hours continuous listening on the weekends (kept my wife at bay also) with zero listening fatigue.
Try that with a Class D amp. I don't think so...

Any experience with his books "Tubes and Circuits" or "Tube Audio Design"? I'd like to pick up at least one of his books before they go out of print.

I have a copy of "Tubes and Circuits" but it is buried in my storage unit. I will look for it.

I think that's the one I have downstairs... but I haven't looked.
EDIT: Update: I... I cannot find it. :(
Further details as events warrant.

Done that lots of times with my class D AVR. Probably my ears are made of lead or something, though...
