The Dash 75 has bbalanced Outputs (4.4mm Pentacon) which i very much like. But no Input.
I hope the Topping Keyboard also gets 48V Phantompower

Think Topping's keyboard gets extra ADC & screen/encoder, so could be different?

From the samples at the show... at least in the current version there's no 4.4mm balanced output. However, phantom power is confirmed, as the internal audio interface components of this unit most likely share many parts with the E2X2 OTG.

What I really want from them is a DX5II with a half-decent microphone input with switchable phantom power. Right now I have to stack an e2x2 with my headphone rig.
