Topping TP32EX, Is it any good?

To preface, I'm looking for a cheap (100$~) AMP and DAC since my desktop's onboard audio is just laughably terrible.

Looking around, it appears that Topping is a respectable brand, and I found a listing of TP32EX for 100$.

But how does it compare to other 100$ AMP/DACs like the Fiio E10k? Can anyone fill me in?

That is a speaker amp+dac. It also has a headphone output but I can't tell how it is implemented.

Where do you see it for $100? The listings I find are at $189.

It says it can be used as both a headphone amp and a Speaker amp

Also I found it on a local online shop.

Without measuring it, it is hard for me to tell how good the headphone stage is. If it just attenuates the main amplifier using a resistor, it may not be so good with some headphones that have low and varying impedance.
