Topping MX5, A new device?

I can't say clearly without waiting for the official announcement on the 21st, but I think the THD+N is the value at 1%.

I wish Topping would get past their compact size restriction and develop a standard, 17" case. Their current compact case is fine for DACs but when we get to preamps and integrated amps it's too restrictive of inputs (in particular).

Yeah. I wish it was more like a baby PA5. I'm sure it's great…especially for the price. But, I want more, bigger stuff.

Main difference I see from the specs is that Topping MX5 has SE+balanced inputs and a much more powerful headphone amplifier (260mW@300Ohm vs ~4mW@300Ohm), while on the other hand Loxjie A30 has a subwoofer output.
Loudspeaker power amplifier output and performance of both looks similar to me.

So perhaps the two units target slightly different use cases (focus on 2.1 systems with A30 vs focus on headphone listening with MX5?).
