If I connect my Topping e50 via TRS outputs to my amplifier with RCA input, could this be harmful? Thank you.

Yes! Don't do it!
This is from the Topping website:
Please note that the TRS output does not convert to single ended, nor can it be directly connected to headphones.

As Doug has already quoted. Also, why would you abuse the XLR (TRS) outputs when RCAs sit right next to them?

TRS to RCA cables converts quite well, it works fine if you need another output.
I used it several times without hassle.

You'll get increased noise, distortion, and DC offset with an adapter:

At the very least, you should double check that the adapter is not shorting the 1/4" tip or ring to GND.

A basic multimeter is enough.

Good morning, so I only need to connect the tip and the sleeve.

Again, what’s wrong with the SE output? Already used for another purpose?
