Topping E50 Review (Balanced DAC)

The Topping E50 is now discontinued.
Is there a similarly priced and performing DAC out there with S/PDIF input and balanced output?
I can't see an equivalent in the current Topping or SMSL range, and fear I may have missed out not purchasing an E50 when it was available new.
Thanks for any suggestions.
Funny I was just shopping for one of these this morning. Amazon in the US shows one new black one left and 9 new silver ones if you are in need.

Wonder if they can pull a mini300 price bomb with this as well

€171.00 EUR

PEQ on all outputs, can control through app, higher output voltage (max 11.3Vrms), BT etc
Available in white, black and silver just like mini300

Edit: Also "updated velvet sound technology" hahah. Not to make it political but they could(n't) have called it velvet revolution

Saw it listed for sale. The E50 II fits my needs for sure. But no trigger, and seems to not have a power supply?
At least the info said DC input but no mention of a power brick. And no mention of trigger.
The higher output is actually good in my system. And has the 10 band PEM.

It's 5V DC powered with a USB jack as power input.

You can use whatever wall wart/phone charger you have lying around.

Or straight into your PC may work as well.

Yes, just like D50 III.
___
So if there is no need for a headphone amp then this is probably the best DAC to get now

With this new E50 II having EQ on the device and accessible through an app (Topping HOME), I'm highly tempted to purchase. This is exactly the feature I want. However, I tried looking for the app, but couldn't find it (android play store and web search). I'm also curious to know if this app is, or will be, compatible with other existing Topping DAC's like D50 III. Does anyone know?

DX5 II should work with the app, but doesn't seem it's ready yet. Likely DX9 Discrete as well. All devices with PEQ on all outputs I'd think
