Hello, everyone! I am very new to DACs and hi-fi systems in general. I have a Topping E30 DAC on the way which I will be connecting to my PC (Windows 10). I have the Edifier r1280db for my speakers which already has a built-in class D amplifier. Lastly, I will be streaming my music mainly from Spotify premium. My question is, will I be needing to install other software and drivers for me to get the most out of my setup or will it be just a plug-and-play situation. I've been reading about foobar2k and the likes and I was wondering if I will be needing that as well? Thank you very much!

Your E30 should be plug-and-play with Windows 10, thanks to Windows 10's generic USB Audio Class 2.0 driver, but I suspect you may get a more reliable result using the Topping-supplied driver -

If nothing else, the vendor driver should allow native DSD playback, if you wish to go down that path in the future.

Then all you need is the Spotify Windows 10 client -
