Very expensive. I would rather spend a bit more & get an ADI-2 Dac.
but highly likely ıt better than RME ADI-2 DAC.

Is that...a negative?No DSP though.
It allows for a lot of tweaking like PEQ profiles, crossfeed, loudness for low level listening, ...Is that...a negative?
I reckoned that will be it, I would certainly welcome with a warm hug any de-DSPified version of ADI-2 DAC, but then, it would most likely go out of RME's way.It allows for a lot of tweaking like PEQ profiles, crossfeed, loudness for low level listening, ...
If you don't want any of that buying an ADI-2 makes little sense.

I meant it more like a cheaper version without all the "features".I you think you can ABX a flat-DSPed DAC from a no-DSP DAC, I'm waiting for the log.
I think Amir owns the S6 but it is not a priority to measure, he said it was not too good in a preliminary test. Perhaps the Pro with AK4497 is better..For sure, I would love to see Amir to look at Aune S6 Pro as well, but from what I recall he mentioned he should get S6, but an older non-"Pro" version.
I2S (?) future tenseDSD1024?
Too bad there’s nothing mentioned about the price.
