Something i've just noticed about the issue with the DX5 II/Topping Tune losing PEQ configs which may be useful to others...
I ran Topping Tune after a few days of not using it. T.T appeared to have lost my custom user configs and showed on the the 5 default PEQs (EQ1-5). However, rather than trying to 'fix' the issue and put my configs back, I just closed T.T.
I then switched outputs on the DX5 II to confirm that my custom PEQs (EQ6 & 7) were still present and they were (I have PEQ memory set to follow output).
I ran T.T again and it was still showing EQ1-5 only. So I shut T.T down again and confirmed that EQ6 & 7 where still present on the DX5 II itself, which they were.
I can also switch outputs on the DX5 II whilst T.T is running. T.T doesn't reflect the PEQ config change as it has forgotten about EQ6 & 7, but the EQs still exist on the DX5 II and can be used.
So, Topping Tune 'losing' the custom PEQ doesn't actually affect the DX5 II *unless* you try to change PEQ via Topping Tune and that's when the 'fun' starts.
Since my PEQ setting are fairly static, I don't need to worry about 'fixing' them every time I open Topping.Tune. The 'loss' of User Config PEQs is still something Topping need to fix, but it's not bothering me too much now.
