Topping DX5 II App Connection Problems

First thread posted, so be gentle with me!!! Am having real trouble getting my IPad and Google Pixel phone to find my Topping in the Topping app.
Have updated the software, version V2.14 has been uploaded. Input and output set to BT and neither of my equipment can find the DX5?

It is paired with both for using as a music streamer and works but cannot use EQ etc… as app will not find the equipment. Any help would be great as driving me insane…………………………

It you are referring to Topping home I don't believe the DX5 ii currently supports that.

Just curious if anyone else has had pairing issues with the dx5ii and topping home app. I'm about ready to give up. I've updated the firmware to 2.27, gone through all the trouble shooting I can find online and even used multiple devices including an up to date Android, iPhone and iPad. Absolutely nothing.
