topping dx3 + absolute nightmare so far

So the first week after buying it new. It worked great with my Dan Clark Headset. But after that week i noticed my PC Bugging out and crashing. It now keeps cutting out for a second or 3 any moment. i have tried resetting it. updating the firmware. using different format from 16 -32 bit. and even bought new cables. Its not my headset either cause it works great with my cobalt dragonfly.
is it broken? Cause i bought it brand new.

Have you tried it with any other device other than your PC, a phone or pad to confirm the issue is with the DX3+?

Bluetooth works fine, but any conection to my pc or tv with cable bugs out.

Try swapping out the cable.

I think you should contact Topping about this, or the retailer, it shouldn't be doing this.

- Change USB cable
- Try using on a different computer, ideally with clean installation.

I have been using DX3+ Pro since release, and it has been solid, except for the random shutdown/cannot power on bug that happens like once per 2-3 months. However, their stock USB became buggy after a while. No clue why, but I replace with a different cable and all has been well since. That was also the first time I saw a USB cable went bad without any visible physical damage, probably it was soldering issue or something.
