Topping D30 Pro and VTV NC252MP for main stereo?

I usually see the Topping D30 Pro recommended as a desktop DAC in conjunction with the A30 Pro but do you see any valid reason not to use it in a home stereo setup as a DAC/pre-amp with a laptop as the USB source and in conjunction with a VTV NC252MP power amp connected to passive speakers?

I see no reason why not. In fact i'm sure many will be using it in the same manner.

Currently using a GCA > SMSL 10th > Acurus 200x3... Probably not HiFi enough for some, but works fine for me. The DAC has a remote that I use the change volume; my phone controls my playlist. Using a D30 > NC252 will make your set up objectively better than mine. So why not?
