Topping A900 released: insane beast

Can someone from Topping help me. I plugged it in and am getting P Voltage Low. It won't turn on. Sadly unboxed a week past return date before moving into a new cabinet. No option to return to Amazon. Thanks!

Anybody else seeing this error?

Headphone is Stealths which were driven fine by other topping amps.

A900 Ultra - flagship Topping claims again. Numbers on paper always look great; wait for Amir's review to see real load behavior. If it follows the A90 line, it'll be transparent and boringly good.

Update on Topping Service Experience:

Topping's service email was responsive, replying within one business day. After I sent a video demonstrating the fault, and ruled out basic problems, they connected me with their online store manager and had me return the unit to their San Jose service/distribution center.

The unit was a week or two outside Amazon's return window. The online store manager offered either a replacement or refund. I chose the refund since I'd already purchased a replacement A900, which has been working great.

They covered return shipping and were generally easy to work with. Within one business day of receiving and bench-testing the defective unit, my refund was processed through Amazon.

Overall, a straightforward and positive warranty experience. They seem to have come leaps and bounds in this area since my last interactions with them a few years back.

Doesn't have a digital input? USB? S/PDIF? Toslink? AES/EBU? Ethernet?

Um, it is a preamp/headphone amp with 3 inputs. It is what you plug your device that handles those functions into. You're looking for a modern receiver if you want an all in one. See the Wiim amp ultra if you want an all in one. These are akin to the classic component stack equipment some of us grew up with and listed after when we were young.
