They look pretty cool and actually similar to Genelec 8381

It seems they have two websites. Google sent me to https://www.danleysoundlabs.com/ but these speakers are on https://tomdanley.com/ Confusingly both site’s page titles are the same.

Has anyone knows more about this model? A very unorthodox design.

You would REALLY have a pair of these HRE-1's in your living space? Do any of you have partners? :D Aint 1955 any more where 'herself' would put plants or something on top...

Mind you, those awful Wilson things costing shedloads aren't any better and I'm sure would perform far worse...

I couldn't have either, but the Genelec wasn't designed for domestic use really, although any wealthy domestics willing to house them can obviously buy them (I prefer the looks of the Genelecs though).

Who buys speakers like this these days though? All but nobody in this poor forsaken country (mumble mumble mumble)
