Yes the in room frequency response isn't so good. You can have a look for a better house curve.

2,5m is already to far for a perfect amount of direct sound to later reflections. About 1.5 meter is ideal for such a speaker in this regard (which is very important).

The summation of the speaker can be an issue if the phase of the floor bounce reflection path isn't ideal. You can show uncorrected measurements which can tell you if there is a problem.
