Thomas Savage Stepping Down as Moderator

The title says it: after working tirelessly for years to keep this ship sailing upright, @Thomas savage has decided to become an ordinary mortal like the rest of you. I am indebted to him for his immense contributions in bringing order to the forum and dealing with more conflicts than you can possibly imagine. And being my confidant in the way we run the forum.

Please join me in thanking him for his great contributions to the forum and wish him well as an ordinary citizen.

I will be moderating the forum myself for now. Report serious issues and I will handle when I am awake. Otherwise, please don't report ordinary differences of opinion and such.

To our senior members: please help set a great standard of professional conduct so that others follow and reduce the need for moderation. I hope I can count on you in this regard.
