Thinking about replacing Foobar and looking into a streamer

I'm thinking about adding a streamer to work with my dac as a seperate device, possibly to replace or work with my laptop. I haven't decided yet. I'm also looking into replacing Foobar2000 with another program after it keeps repeatedly dropping my radio stations I saved every few months and I have to re add them. I'm just starting to look into the alternatives like Musicbee and Roon.
My current setup is Phone with Foobar2000 remote to laptop which is USB connected to DAC. I've started on my research and been reading its btter to have a seperated DAC and streamer.
I'm wondering what hardware, software and connections (cables and wireless) you guys are using in yor setups.

Hi @jctyler! Welcome to ASR.

WiiM and Eversolo both sell streamers with fully transparent internal DACs, so no need to add an external DAC.

Both support Internet radio stations and attaching USB storage.
