I held off to allow some weekend fun but am going to review this thread and will move off topic content elsewhere.
Thread will get some overnight rest. I have started my effort to clean up this thread and am down to the last 5 pages. At this stage have realized I need more time. Stay tuned!
This thread forked so many ways and more off topic parts were moved or deleted. I try to avoid deletions but if I cannot not find a more appropriate thread, the deletions are often needed to get the thread back on track. Often the content really belongs in direct messages or a new thread. After further consideration, thread will remain closed.
