I have these lying around from an unfinished project, a BFM folded horn subwoofer design (Table Tuba).

Tang Band W8-740 8" subwoofer driver

Yung SD200 200W Class D Subwoofer Amp Module

I am wondering if i could stick this in a sealed sub enclosure instead, as the folded horn design would be too large for my room. How to calculate the size of the enclosure?

Edit: Found this data sheet, am I correct in assuming that a 20 liter enclosure would be optimal?

No, 20 L would not be optimal. You need to take all of the Theil-Small (T/S) parameters into consideration. In particular, a high Qts is usually best for a sealed enclosure and a low Qts for ported (with Qts=0.40 okay for either). For this driver you would likely want to use a ported enclosure.

To model the enclosure there are various (free) software programs available - WinISD is probably easier than VituixCAD.
Below are two models:
Red line is a ported enclosure of 8.5 L with a port tuning of 37Hz.
Blue line is a sealed enclosure of 4 L.
