but is this Low Pass Curve correct when measuring a sub - LFE channel via REW - or is something strange going on with my system ?
I don't know why such a steep roll-off
Denon 7200WA
Bass mode set to LFE only - and I've tried 120 or 250 and makes no real difference - only really affects the bottom of the curve past 500hz or so
Audyssey off - Manual EQ only via SVS app - and all EQ below 55hz to remove room nodes (substantial EQ)
SVS Ultra 13 with newer version of amplifier with EQ via app
Low Pass Filter on SVS in app is OFF
Sealed mode (all ports blocked and set to sealed in app)
2nd screengrab is 120 vs 250hz LFE setting on Denon - you can see practically no difference. I'd expect to see much more of a difference which makes me think somewhere else is filtering the LFE ?
