Super Monkey Ball music

Super Monkey Ball is a classic puzzle game for the GameCube way back in 2001. Actually, it was originally an arcade game in Japan called simply Monkey Ball made on a dare by a manager at SEGA.

Among many fans of video game music, SMB's music happens to be some of the best because of its heavy emphasis on more conventional styles like DnB, breakbeat, house, jungle, and even alternative rock. I like it even though I don't like much other video game music because the tracks here stand so strongly on their own.

Nice post, I played a ton of this back in the day on our gamecube... monkey bowling and monkey billiards actually helped me get better at the real games because the ball physics was accurate enough to give you a bit of a clue in real life...
