suggestions for cost friendly IEMs

I'm looking for some quality cost friendly IEMs that I can use with my phone. I've only recently really begun to get into audio stuff and while Id love to take my dads old Sennheiser HD650s everywhere, It'd be a pain lugging around the amp. I'm using an Iphone so there's no 3.5 mm jack. I'm also curious as to if ill want to buy a new DAC for it because my current one only has 3.5mm output and usb type A input.

Hi @ShiroKune! Welcome to ASR.

I'd start with the Apple headphone adapter and 7Hz Zero:2.

Getting a good seal is crucial, so be prepared to play around with different ear tips until you find some that work for you.

If you get a good seal with the Zero:2 and they're comfortable to wear, then honestly you can stop there. It won't get much better regardless of price.
