I'm looking for a high quality, high output sub plate amp. Intended

use is for a RCF 18/851 kn,18" woofer in a front reflex rear horn loaded box tuned to 35hz. I'm going to pair them with some La Scalas and I want to use the two woofers to fill in the low end . I'm thinking sub plate so I can use a high level input and have an adjustable crossover. I've seen the daytons and stuff on PE. suggestions on which is best or hopefully someone knows of a better option from lesser known makers

Hypex plate amplifiers from https://www.hypex.nl/plate-amplifiers are a good option. They have multichannel plate amplifiers with DSP to easily make an active 2-way or power the La Scalas as well.

Some PA amplifiers like the XLS DriveCore 2 have an adjustable crossover built into the settings.

Definitely looks like an option, apparently it's good enough for linkiwitz. I have a jungson 88d deluxe I'm going to use for the La Scalas
