I have the sevens powered monitors with the app for my smartphone. In that app there is a subwoofer output level slider. On my sub, the SVS pb 2000 pro, in its app there is a volume control for the subwoofer. I am in LFE mode connected from the back of the sevens, into the LFE port on the subwoofer. The sevens do send a high and low pass filter. On the klipsch app, the sub volume goes from +10 to -21 and on the SVS app it goes -60 to 0db. The sevens have their own dsp and dac.
What I want to know is how should I set this up? Do I use the SVS app for the subwoofer and set the volume there? Or should I use the app for my speakers and use the output subwoofer level slider on it?
It seems like I have two places to adjust the same thing. I am not sure how to go about doing this the correct way.
