Subwoofer recommendation for Europe.

They have a EU warehouse.

The CP8 is great.

I compared it to the Rockville slim 10” here:

I don't think that tower (PC) anyhow from drawers. Sub's could and hopefully you could also pull table a little bit out. I tried to help at least.

That frequency response seems a bit all over the place, I already didn't like much how the Presonus Eris pro 10 sounded and don't want a downgrade from it, also the Logitech Z5500 10 inch sub that I'm used since 2005 really kicked and rumbled pretty good even though didn't go crazy low hz but could go pretty loud.

And Also that seems to use class AB amp, I'm more in favor of a Class D subwoofer which most wattage is wasted to put out sound waves, my AB receiver already eats 30+W idle doing nothing.

Wasn't sure if you were responding to me or someone else. That's in-room, so you expect there to be a lot of variability. You need to have DSP for subs, but DSP has its limitations so knowing peak SPL performance is key.

The CP8 is a ported Class AB. Really does go low. The MiniMe 8" uses their specialized passive radiator and is Class D. Within the budget you have, and with access to just EU available subs, I think you'll really like the Earthquakes.

Wow, I really like their FF-10, size is PERFECT, even have volume knob in the front, also the interior design is similar to DIY on youtube to make speakers to have more bass.

Do you know anything about this Earthquake FF-10???????????? (It's looking like the perfect candidate for here, just sad it uses class AB amp too instead of class D :()

Can only find this about it:
m.media-amazon.com/images/I/F1gvNZFMjtL.mp4

EDIT: Sadly I can't find it anywhere, neither ebay, amazon or Portugal main searcher. (can only find on Amazon Belgium for 485€ but I doubt they sell for Portugal). On Ebay USA is ~300€ but after adding taxes and shipping comes a total of 535€ and I can't still be 100% guaranteed it won't go to customs even though that includes VAT...

Earthquake is a very weird company in that it’s actually hard to buy things, but having tested a few of their products in the present day (including their flagship), I cannot help be to be impressed. It’s not the cleanest sub out there (compared to stuff like Rythmik or PSA) but they do have a ton of output and they have a very good track record in the car audio world. The current flagships are almost Klipschorn like in that they have been continuously produced with very minor changes.

Their Cinenova amps historically are supposed to be good. The amp they use for their bass shaker didn’t have great measurements here but their bass shaker is known for a lot of output for the size.

Earthquake Sound Europe is officially based in Denmark with a warehouse in Denmark.

The Supernova MK6/7 DSP are assembled in the USA, but everything else is Made in China. They may just need a new shipment of the FF-10.

Can only find 1 SVS SB-1000 pro used in my country for 699€ which is still a damn lot and then will be close to 100€ shipping from mainland due to likely huge box and lot of weight and the SVS SB-1000 is currently in promotion on ebay for 579€ + 30€ shipping but that's still a lot, it's probably around 70+% of a full month of salary here And I already have my motorcycle rebuilding the entire engine which is like 3 months of salary including 800€+ for a higher cc kit that I bought for it...
At a spanish webshop the SVS SB-1000 (non pro) costs 499€

Presonus just sent a replacement subwoofer exactly now, hope it works and don't need to buy a new subwoofer.

That's an amazing price for it but still a bit more than I wanted to pay, but hope they ship it to here in case the Presonus has the same problem that's probably the best subwoofer for the price, no idea.

Will add it to my list, thanks.

Just received the replacement Presonus and sadly same exact problem  :mad:

EDIT: I just opened it and I think I found the issue.

Somehow the bastards seem to have connected Live with Ground in same pin no idea why. Had to cut a lot of plastic all around...

It uses the triple pin AC cable like PC and there's seem to be a plate on the back that connects live pin to the ground pin, I don't know much about electronics but don't think this is the way it should be done, no idea.

Then Earth has a wire to the inside and the Live seem to go trough the fuse to a cable inside and neutral is separated and also has a wire going inside, I don't get is the metal plate connecting Live to earth...

I removed the earth/ground pin and bam subwoofer seems to be finally working fine, though I only tested, still have to close it.

Should I solder EARTH wire inside to the metal backplate of the amp or anything like that??? (Kinda like a internal ground like devices without earth??).
