So I'm currently running this cable for my smaller sub

And an Inakustik RCA cable for my big sub (XTZ 12.17 Edge)

I've read somewhere that coaxial cables (digital cables) would be better for subwoofers. Is this true or am I fine with the cables I currently have?

I've read somewhere that...
A phrase inevitably followed by "stuff it would have been better not to read.":D

You cables are fine. Nearly every RCA cable is coaxial in construction (or should be). The only thing "special" about "digital" coaxial is the characteristic impedance, which is absolutely irrelevant here.
