60Hz can get to any system many different ways, including all cables injecting electrical noise or creating ground loops. There is really no way to make general case in your configuration. Single ended RCA is likely more prone to 60Hz pickup (especially when long), but in order to say it is or isn't audible one would have to be in your room with your equipment and have your ears.
