I have a a NAD C658 feeding Active speakers thru xlr & want to run just bypass the internal Bluos & run a new unit to the NAD or on its own. I have jriver-Fabfilter q4 , etc .Is there a device on amazon that I can use so my laptop run its all & the digital out on my TV..? I see many things on Amazon. I run Amazon music unlinited for my music library. I'm sorta lost.....

So wait.

You want to run both your TV and your laptop with Amazon Music->Fabfilter into your NAD C658 and then into your speakers?

Sounds pretty convoluted.

What you could do is migrate your Fabfilter EQ to the internal EQ of a WiiM Pro/Pro Plus/Ultra, then stream Amazon music to it over WiFi from your laptop or phone, and connect your TV to the WiiM via Optical.

The WiiM will auto switch between streaming input and Optical input.

You can then feed the WiiM output to your NAD via Line/Optical, or you could even remove the NAD entirely and connect your speakers straight to the WiiM.

I'll just get the Wiim. Seems like cleanest & cheapest solution. I like to watch live concerts on Youtube but want my eq settings in play with that if possible & sounds like it is. Ill go read up on each one for feature sets. Thanks

Wiim Pro plus on its way.
also can I just get this Neutrik device & skip the analog input to the monitors & use AES since the Wiim has volume control.?

Yes. Even a basic Coax to AES3 cable will likely work just fine.

Btw, the Pro Plus' only improvements over the Pro are an improved DAC and ADC.

If you're not using the WiiM's analog I/O, then the regular WiiM Pro would perform just as well.
Wiim arrived & just waiting for the AES3 cables to show. Question I have is on my TT feed , which has it's own external phono pre but the table has a ground wire which I fed the NAD C658 to a ground screw. Since the Wiim doesn't have such a thing should I just keep the TT hooked to the NAD & use it's analog pass thru to Wiim & call it good.? Would rather just use Wiim but I think hum noise will happen without that ground. I don't use TT much but nice to have when I want.

I'd just give it a try with normal RCA cables between TT and WiiM and see if there's hum.

Since the WiiM is powered by an isolated 5V USB supply (phone charger basically), chances are that's enough to suppress hum.

Everything is hooked up & running thru AES. I couldn't get it to run off laptop, but phone just fine. Hard to believe you can get such a cool device for such lil $. I think something might have been wrong with that C658 . Amir already tested one or I would send it in. The Wiim PEQ is great !!! Wish I woulda just ran thru AES 4 years ago but better late then never....

You couldn't get what to run off laptop?
I could not. It gave me fits. Kept kicking main wifi off & visa versa with wiim. I don't know if it's something with my system running jriver drivers .? I tried looking in all the settings but couldn't get it. Then tried phone & it was super easy to get running . Ill keep playing with laptop as that would be much preferred so I can see things easier as my eyes are not that good..

The Wiim
Seems the app is different for phone vs windows 10.
You shouldn't have to use the WiiM App on your laptop.

WiiM Mobile App for setup and configuration, then the regular streaming apps like Spotify, Amazon Music etc to initiate streaming.
