Silicone ear tips should be chemically stable for around a decade or more, when stored in an appropriate environment. Silicone rubber does not melt. To melt is to be dissolved as a liquid state.

I don't know much about chemistry and physics, but is silicone the material used in the original eartip of the KZ EDX Pro and KZ EDC Pro?

Here in my house the temperature varies between 33-36C. Does this temperature change the chemical structure of the silicone and cause it to melt if stored for years?

In short, no. Have you noticed something like that? The worst that could happen is the silicone getting dry and starting to wear off. This mostly happen if you try to clean them with things like isopropyl alcohol or 70% > ethanol.

Also, when you say you live in 33-36C, is it humid? If yes, then that's a much bigger concern for IEM longevity than eartips getting stuck on the bore. If you live near the sea or a tropical/equatorial forest, I highly indicate you start storing the iems (and other electronics) together with silica packets:

The humidity here varies between 59 and 70%, I used silica gel for a while but it needs to be changed constantly. I got tired of it because it saturates quickly and is only good for airtight environments.

I use an electric dehumidifier in the bedroom. It is very difficult to control humidity without using a lot of energy, so this is the best option I can follow.

Sorry, photo with caption in Portuguese, I couldn't find it in English, but this yellow rubber band has occurred to me several times, it melted but material is latex elastic yellow.

This elastic latex rubber melts at room temperature when stored for long periods

what material edx pro and edc pro and supports what temperature and humidity without melt and stick ?

KZ did not respond to my email. What material is used in the original eartips of the KZ EDC Pro and KZ EDX Pro? If it is silicone, what type of degradation does it undergo over the years of storage? Does the chemical process similar to the yellow latex rubber in the photo occur? Does this latex rubber melt at room temperature and humidity after some time of storage

It can stretch out and fall off your phones with time (perhaps inside your ears). Also it can discharge some oils.

"The standard silicone ear tips are skin-friendly and can better fit the ear canal and provide good wearing comfort."

EDX Pro most likely silicone ear tips too.

Stop writing this, nothing to worry about. We already answered. No worries.
