There is a site where you can compare the performance of different resampling algorithms https://src.infinitewave.ca/.
Recently the authors have completely lost their minds and started to restrict access to it even more severely
Not only is it restricted, but you can't open it with a VPN, the site owners are so cowardly that they wrote a separate check for each case
It used to be restricted for Russia, now the US has been blocked as well
I finally got sick of it and made a free mirror of this site. You can download it and use offline as well
