Spotify streams swapped channels

I looked for a Test Record and found this.

Listening to bands 9 and 10 I found channels were swapped.

So I checked that my pc is ok.

Then I checked with Yellow Submarine from an outer source and from my pc.

The voice of Ringo is in the right channel.

Then I play the song from Spotify and Ringo moved to the left channel.

Band 3 seems correct though.

Another seemingly correct one. At around 40 seconds (in the video) you hear Freddie left followed by Mercury right.

I think it is a mistake in the remastering, not Spotify per se.

Regarding YS.

In this video, the first waves pan from left to right:

As they do in the same track on Spotify.

(Don’t know how or where to recognise Ringo, sorry.)

Ringo is the main singer in this song and I am talking about the beginning of the song.
I also checked in Tidal and there is ok.

Someone with golden ears will feel the difference.

I checked with Take Five and plays ok in Spotify and Tidal (drums and sax on the left and piano on the right)
