I dont recommend. Better tasting available for the same price or less.
 
Classic. And for a reason. It’s just really good whiskey.

Thought:
Why can Scotch age from 15-21 years, say, and actually get better when Bourbon rarely gets better after 12? ;)
The Glenlivet 21 in the back of the photo is darn tasty

I'd guess it's the new oak Vs reused oak, and or the temperature of the warehouses.
 
this past weekend it was a bit of this- I've become a fan- reasonably priced and tasty:

'Been on the Four Roses Single Barrel tip, lately. Quite enjoyable.

Did some 6yr Templeton Rye, recently, too. Solid Rye flavor, clean, but it was still a little rough around the edges. Also got some fight in it, so don't drink it around the SO. ;)
