Hi, I'm looking for a new speaker under $300. Currently, my choices are torn between Dali Spektor 2, Elac Debut B5.2, Q Acoustics 3020 (non i) and a custom made SB Acoustics using a SB17MFC PP Woofer cone (Frequency graohs attached below). I am looking for a neutral, full bodied sound, but still dynamic, and a natural timbre. For low frequencies, I prefer a clean bass note, and bass extension rather than loud bass (bumped bass). Which one do you recommend? Thanks!

Hey do you need Active or passive Speakers? And where are you from if someone maybe knows others speakers that are available in your country?

If you are looking for the best performance, the DIY option will get you the furthest.

You do need to properly design the crossover though, with off-axis response data so you can simulate directivity. I use VituixCAD with pretty good results.

I came across Jeff Bagby's Revolution design. How does the Revolution (SB15CAC) compare to the smaller Revolution Mini (MW13)? Also, I have heard a lot of praise on the Elac Debut B5.2, how does this speaker compare to a DIY speaker of the same price/budget?

Thanks.

My recommendation is:
1. Polk S15 for 3300000 IND = 230 USD

2. But if you're thinking of getting a speaker as your "end-game"...and if you can increase your budget to 8160000 IND = 566 USD, I would personally get the ELAC DBR62:

Prices are going down on the Elac Debut B6.2 to just about $300, right now, that would be my pick.
