Sony NW-A306 music streaming stopping

I'll use Pandora as a streaming for the device. After a while, it'll stop playing music. I'll open Sirius xm, and it won't load the app, which is the same as if I try to open the Pandora app. To me, it seems like an update issue, but I want to see if anyone else has the same issue. It doesn't give me the "are you still listening?". I have the audio output through the headphone jack. Nothing else plugged into it.
