apologies if this isn't the correct place to ask but:

i have the above sony nw-a105, wavelet and moon drop chus

when i use wavelet, with the moondrops selected, i can't seem to hear much (if any differece). im hoping that this is because the moondrops are close to harmon curve and so using the auto eq from wavelet is subtle or im just old and my ears can't tell or a combination of the two :) but im wondering if this is actually true?

it seems to only run in legacy mode and im just wondering if using it or not should be a really noticable difference?

i've tried using phonogram app, but i seem to get a similar result.

hopefully i've explained that clearly, but if not, please ask for more info :)

This seems to have been missed but in case OP is still around....

Ive noticed in the past that Wavelet may not actually be working even if the display says it is.

Try something that you cant miss- like sending the channel balance in Wavelet all to one side or adding a tonne of bass in the graphic eq settings.

If they work, then I'm afraid its just not a strong EQ and you cant tell (oh- and is the AutoEQ function set to 100% or have you lowered it?

Ty for the reply will give it a go
