What kind of songs do that for you?

Here are some that have that effect on me:

Mostly for Nuno Bettencourt's incredible guitar solo. It cheers me up that such solos are still being made:

For personal reasons because my first teenage crush was a girl named Jessica.

Ha ha. Baltimore - Tarzan boy. It had been several decades since I heard it. I remember everyone going around singing oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-ooooh-oh-oh-ooooh on the dance floors.

Eurovision song contest has had a lot of feel-good songs like this one:

I missed in my initial post. It can also be about guilty pleasure songs you might think are tacky but still cheer you up and put you in a good mood.

Speaking of a combination. It can also be achieved with humor.

Too many to list (again) and the choice varies almost by the hour. Currently reminiscing and missing the past and remember nearly fifty years ago, wondering what the feeling the song's about would be like - now I well and truly know - and I haven't reached my seventies yet... And yes, I do realise the actual lyrics predate my times by many decades but still...

How about a song that is soooo bad, its great - don't ask why, where, or how - but cheekkaaa bamboni!
