Hello all! Are you able to provide Soncoz SDG1 drivers for Windows, as their website seems unavailable, and I couldn't locate an alternative source elsewhere.

That I think is a firmware update related device. If audio works you can just ignore it, unless you actually need to update firmware of course.

DFU stands for Device Firmware Upgrade chip. it is optional.

Has anyone gotten USB C Input to work on this device?

Been trying for hours with multiple cables. Tried updating firmware but it appears I'm on the latest version already.

I'm looking to connect a synthesizer (OP XY) to it —Synth -> USB C Input -> Balanced Output. USB C output from a Macbook also doesn't work. USB B works from my Macbook, but not from my Synth weirdly (I get a pop but no sound output)

Having to switch analogue cables all the time will be a major pain

Mine's been in storage for the last 18 months. Prior to that I never had any issues with the USB-C or USB-B inputs. They worked great with Windows PCs and my iPhone.
I would try different USB C cables first to rule that out as a potential cause of issue connecting to Mac.

Re the synth: the unit is not designed to have musical instruments plugged directly into it. I would imagine you'd need to plug the synth into your Mac, then output the sound from the Mac to this DAC via USB cable.

Always liked the aesthetics of this one. Still has SOTA performance six years later except for that ugly “ESS hump” in the IMD measurements.

Make sure your device is the master device with OTG functionality and switch the DAC to USB-C input，try it.
