Soncoz LA-QXD1 Balanced DAC Review

Got mine today, using coaxial IN and XLR out. Updated to max vol firmware, the only problem is when I turn it on, it always switches to USB input.
I plan to put in in a rack, so I will not be able to reach the button to manually switch from USB to coaxial. Is there any way to make it default to coaxial ?

To anyone who is unable to upgrade their firmware, due to error code 0xEE000003, you need to wait for the firmware upgrade tool to error out, then unplug the USB cable, plug it back in, then attempt the firmware upgrade again.

Hi, I have had this DAC for a few years now and recently remembered it has filters. I have updated the firmware to always start at max volume when plugged in (Pure DAC mode), will the device always remember what filter i selected everytime i plug it in? I found a comment from @Ben1987 stating, "(When) Setting Volume to MAX (->Pure DAC mode), Led lights will change but have no actual effect." Not sure what it means and would love some clarification.

Hi. I just purchased the LA-QXD1's dac but it does not remember the volume. The factory setting volume is currently to minimum volume.
and i would like to have the LA-QXD1 firmware to set the default volume output to maximum. where can I download this firmware please ?

I upgraded the firmware to v5.02 I now have the volume at maximum level when I turn on the LA QXD1. THANKS
