Selling my RME ADI-2 Pro FS R BE as bought an ADI-2/4 Pro SE. In excellent condition and full working order with all original packaging and accessories.

£1200.

3. Do you have proof of purchase
4. Is there any warranty left on it and is it transferrable
5. Which model is it (AKM or ESS)
6. Any cosmetic damage

Bought from SX Pro in the UK in August 2021. I have proof of purchase. I'm based in South West England.

The five year Synthax extended warranty is not transferable. I'm not sure whether the standard RME warranty is one or two years or if it's transferable, I would need to check with Synthax.

Pro has only ever been AKM4493 never ESS. No cosmetic damage.

It's boxed but I can provide pictures if required. I have one photo at the moment which I've attached.

I've already contacted Synthax, they normally reply promptly so I should have an answer tomorrow, assuming they're working over Xmas. I'll get some more photos tomorrow.

Pro has only ever been AKM4493 never ESS

Never ESS before the 2/4 indeed.
But ADI-2 Pro (fs) is based on AK4490.
Only ADI-2 Pro fs R is based on AK4493, AFAIK.

I once owned a v1 adi2 fs a number of years ago. Amazing product by an amazing company.
Don't ask me why but I got a pang of annoyance when ESS chips became the norm for RME.
Let's be honest, when they designed the original ADI2, there's a reason they chose AKM chipset.

Thanks for updating with pictures. Much appreciated.

A quick look at the Synthax website warranty section Terms & Conditions states that the 5 year warranty is not transferable.

I will have a think about it all and get back to you.
