SOLD Linkwitz Orion v. 3.3 in Baltic Birch in Austin, Texas $2500.

I will shortly be selling my beloved Orions along with their outboard ASP and 12-gauge cabling. They are in Austin and have never been more than 10 feet from where I built them in 2007. The ASP was upgraded to the next-to-last tweaked version. Never a down day, but never taxed -- I have always had young kids, so super-loud is not my thing.

Separately, I also have the ATI AT6012 amp to feed all the channels, too, but one of the twelve channels has never worked. I will be getting that fixed, but if someone wants to take that off my hands for some amount that relieves me of the need, that's cool too. You don't need all the channels to run the Orions.

I'm selling to make room for a new line I'm dealing in and to simplify one of my systems. The Orions are extraordinary.

I get the sense that they're roughly comparable. For me (and, I hope, my customers), the D&D offer a more compact and less finicky solution, particularly in a family space.

I am very interested in buying your Orion 3.3 system.

I was fortunate enough to enjoy the Orion ++ in Linkwitz's Honeymoon cottage in Sea Ranch when he had it set up there. Always wanted that system at my home and now I finally have a room large enough. I just bought an AT6012 amp so I don't need that component. How much would you like me to pay you for the speakers and crossover? I am in the San Francisco Bay area. Would you consider shipping? If shipping would be problematic or too much hassle and the price is right, I can drive to Austin sometime in the next few weeks (as soon as this weekend (8/10/2019) if you are around) and pick up the system. I will pay cash.
