SOLD - FS/US: Audiophonics hypex HPA-S400NC amplifier

I bought this amp in November 2019. I put a lot of research and thought into it and actually hate to part with it.

I have switched my audio stack to studio monitors (near field setup in my office) so I just don’t need this amp.

I paid about 1300 pounds back then, and it shipped from France I believe. I really don’t know what it’s worth now. I’m going to ask $700 shipped. These are a niche market so I don’t know where to find comparables to price compare.

I am in San Diego. On the off chance that a buyer is in Southern California, I would be willing to demo it at my home and transact it in person. I will ship to the US only. I don’t know whether I have the original packaging let’s assume I don’t but tomorrow I’ll look in the garage for original packaging.

There are zero functional flaws. The only two cosmetic flaws I can see or a minor scuff looks like something rubbed against it but can only see if I angle the light just right, and the other is that the feet had rubber rings that fell out but alternative rubber feet may make sense.

likely just an indication of how few of these Audiophonics sold outside of EU at the time; the power supplies used have automatic input voltage selection.
