We are likely only passing this way once. (if we are not intentionally hurting others), We may as well enjoy it.Maybe I don't understand this snobbery concept because I am man of gluttony and lust. And I like to indulge in such to enjoy life for myself.
And it is not our fault if there emotions cause them to feel bad about what someone else has.
I do not feel bad if someone has more or better stuff than me, I feel happy for them and think to myself that, if I wanted whatever, I should educate myself on how to get whatever it is. Then, if I really want it, I'll go to more university or go work in that field or whatever else that it takes to obtain it.
Usually, I'm happy with what I have already worked for. But sometimes, if I want it enough, I figure out how to get into that position.
So that I can get what it is that I want.
I went watch-less for 8 years. Then I got married, my wife bought me a nicer watch than I have ever had (RACINE) and said that I needed one so that I could be where I needed to be in a timely fashion. I think that my mother put her up to that. Some would argue that the proper dress watch for a lady would be no watch. A lady does not need to know the time. I am thinking of going watchless, since I never look at my watch or my phone when i'm out with my friends. It's a way of saying, "my time is for you, I don't have to be anywhere else, and i'll leave when everyone leaves".
