SMSL updates the $249 85w/160w AO200 Mk2 w/ MA5332MS chipset

I received mine today. Source SMSL PL200. Speakers ProAc Tablette Anniversary. RCA connection (for now, looking for cheap ‘n good 3 ft XLR). Playing well known CDs. The AO200 MK II does everything well: volume at 36 loud enough for bedroom. Runs cool. Amazing value.

I have an SMSL DO400 as my Dac and a Wiim Ultra as the source. I've just ordered a Dali Oberon 1, and have been debating the AO200 MK2, or the A300.
I have actually been able to source the AO200 Mk2 for £25 cheaper, and the DO400 has XLR outs, so would the AO200 Mk2 be better? Are they pretty much the same sonically and suitable for the Daliu Oberons?
Thank you.

I have an SMSL DO100 + SMSL AO200 (Mk I) driving Q Acousticsc Concept 20s, and for me, think that amp is plenty powerful.
I only picked up the AO200 as it was on sale for a great price and don't use many (any) of it's features - it's just a power amp to me.
Depending on how you plan to use it there may be better options. I would be tempted to consider an AIYIMA A70 instead? https://www.audiosciencereview.com/forum/index.php?threads/aiyima-a70-stereo-amplifier-review.52830/

I spent too much time trying attempts to figure out what that  unlabeled connector is about.

This phantom 7-pin recessed connector (header?) is neither discussed in the UserManual or at SMSL website.
It is also present on the older AO200 (non MkII).
I have watched at least 6 different review videos (yt) where every reviewer ignores that phantom connector, while discussing the rear panel interfaces.

Does anyone know what it is and its purpose??
ty in advance.
