I am referring to existing owners that already have an SU-9. Is the firmware update tool ready to be shipped?
Or are you suggesting there will be a return and swap process for an updated unit?

Does anyone owns the xDUoo MT-604 and connected it to the SU-9? Its a Class A, 4 valve tubes headphone amp. Its relatively a new product and I guess there are still few (or none yet) who owns it. But I take my chance anyway.
I just need some essential feedback on this combination before I pull the trigger. Thank you.

Sorry I don't own this, however their DAC/heaphone amp didn't measure that well... so I wouldn't be living in high hope that this amp would measure well, particularly since it's a tube amp with inherent distortion baked in.

I bought it now from Amazon Italy. We hope well. I hope @SHENZHENAUDIO will send me the new correct version or the tools to be able to update it by myself.

Check this out. He mentioned about the SU-9 being used in his setup plus the xDuoo MT-604.
Dunno had my hearing checked at the start of the year and the doc said it was excellent. I've always been sensitive to certain sources. Like on some tvs, usually cheap ones I ask for the volume to be lowered.
Not exactly sure what's going on, but I know discomfort/pain when I feel it and it comes at the same time as hearing noise artifacts or generally poor sound at a certain volume/spl.

I have xduoo ta-20 which is one of the worst amp reviewed here. After owning it, I immediately left to listen my thx 789, and later sold for half of what I pay to Drop without feeling bad.
Hi, wich is the version without the distortion issue?

For the moment I have the same version:
Hw version: 1.0
Sw version: 1.2
Usb version: 2.06
But monday I'll send the Dac to Shenzen for the firmware upgrade, after a week it will return to me.
